Each SIAGAMA piece is handcrafted by indigenous communities in Colombia, which involves a manual weaving process that can take between 45 and 70 hours of work .
Due to the handmade nature of our creations, slight variations in design, color, or shape may occur compared to the published images. These differences are not defects, but rather a reflection of authentic and unique craftsmanship.
Return or exchange requests are accepted within 30 days of delivery , provided the product remains unused, in its original condition and with its complete packaging.
Customized, made-to-order, or limited-edition products are not eligible for return or refund.
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within the first 48 hours of receipt so we can provide you with a solution.
Shipping costs associated with returns due to a change of mind will be borne by the customer.
